Order Types

1. One-Time Order

Purchase single items like groceries or household goods. Delivered once, paid once.

2. Daily (Monthly) Subscription

Recurring deliveries (Milk, Daily Bread). Subscribed once, delivered daily. Billing accumulates into "Dues".

Understanding "Dues"

"Dues" are pending amounts for products already delivered. We use a transparent ledger system:

    Vendor-wise Clarity: Dues are tracked separately for each local vendor.
  • 2
    Debit entries are added when a delivery is completed.
  • 3
    Credit entries are added when you make a payment.

How to Pay

Paying your local vendor is easy and secure:

Go to My OrdersView My DuesPay Now. Use the vendor's UPI QR Code or pay cash during delivery.

Cancellation Policy

6-Hour Cancellation Rule

For your freshness and support for local vendors, orders that are not confirmed by the vendor within 6 hours of placement can be cancelled or may be automatically cancelled.

Order Instructions & Remarks

You can leave delivery notes for the vendor (e.g., "Leave at gate").

Vendors can leave notes about your delivery, and you can provide feedback (Remarks) when you accept a delivery in your Daily Order calendar.
